Junior Cricket at Beijing C.C.

At Beijing C.C., our junior section is all about giving every child the chance to enjoy cricket in a friendly, supportive environment. Whether your child is picking up a bat for the very first time or already dreaming of hitting their first century, they will be warmly welcomed. We are proud to be an inclusive club where beginners are just as valued as experienced young players.

Our coaching team is made up of experienced teachers and qualified coaches from Australia, the UK and South Africa. Sessions are carefully planned utilising the framework set out by Cricket Australia for youth cricket, which also guides our coach development. This ensures our training is structured, age-appropriate and, most importantly, great fun.

We provide coaching and matches throughout the year. Outdoor sessions run in the spring and autumn, with indoor programmes keeping skills sharp over the winter months. Coaching blocks typically last five to six weeks and take place on Saturdays from 15:00–17:00 at The International School of Beijing in Shunyi.

As well as our regular sessions, we take part in tournaments at Dulwich College and enjoy friendly pick-up games at Capital Paradise, also in Shunyi. For juniors ready to progress to hard ball cricket, we run nets at ISB every other Wednesday during the spring and autumn seasons.Above all, we aim to create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where children build skills, confidence and friendships — and develop a lifelong love of the game.
